Our Response to Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Here at Wimberg Landscaping, we’re taking steps to ensure our teams continue to service your property during the busy spring season while avoiding the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). In addition to complying with all federal, state, and local advisories, we have increased our use of technology and implemented additional sanitation measures to keep our clients, employees, and the community safe.

Our designers are still busy meeting with and designing for clients while embracing technology more than ever to accomplish these tasks. When one of our designers visits your property, they’re happy to FaceTime or call you while reviewing your property to discuss your project. Future design meetings can be conducted virtually with the design and supporting imagery shared via email and discussed in a phone call per the request of a client and/or designer.

If there’s a problem area in your yard that you’d like to show us, just send us an email or text message with images. We’re happy to stop by your property and take a look. We can call you with our recommendations and ensure that your problem is quickly resolved without face-to-face meetings.

In order to limit contact with one another, we’ve reduced the attendee number and implemented the CDC’s social distancing guidelines during any required in-person meetings. Most of our company meetings are now being conducted virtually through conference calls or Skype, and we’re encouraging our office employees to work from home if possible.

To increase our sanitation measures, we’re ensuring that any shared equipment like computers, mice, phones, and door handles are thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis, in addition to providing disposable gloves to our employees so they can limit their contact with shared items. We’re also adding hand sanitizer stations to our warehouse to ensure that our employees can keep their hands clean throughout the day.

We are a locally owned company and thank our clients for continuing to support their local businesses. We remain open for business, and it’s our goal to keep you, our employees, and our community safe while maintaining the highest level of service possible.
